Processing Time

Most earring orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During holidays, special launches, Fiesta season, or high-order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location after the package has been shipped.

Estimated U.S. shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once packages are shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
